First Mavs Game - November 14, 2012

Nicolas is living the good life....we took him to his first Mavs game and we were in a suite for his first experience. Enrique joked about it telling Nicolas to not have expectations like that for every Mavs game :)

Nicolas had a really good time and made it through halftime before he called it quits and succumbed to his sleepiness. He even got to wear on of the Mavs championship rings for a bit courtesy of a friend of ours that works for the Mavs. What a great experience for his first professional basketball game...no wonder he gets excited every time basketball is on TV!

Klyde Warren Park- November 2012

In October, we had a new park open up in Dallas and we couldn't wait to take Nicolas. The trolley runs to the park so we thought it would be fun to take a trolley ride to the park. It was a gorgeous day and we had such a good time.....just one little hiccup. On the way back the trolley broke down so we had to hang out on the side of the road for about 20 minutes...good thing mommy packed snacks!

Halloween 2012

This blogging mommy is still playing catch up! We just had Christmas 2012, but I haven't even posted Halloween 2012!

Halloween was a lot of fun, we had a costume party on the Saturday before Halloween for Nico's cousin Matteo's first birthday. Nicolas had a really good time playing with all of the other kiddos.

Halloween night we went to our friend Maggie and Justin's house. They have a nice front porch with a swing and their neighborhood has a lot of trick or treaters so since Nicolas is still a little young for trick or treating and eating all of the candy that comes with it, we hung out with our good friends and watched all of the other kids trick or treat. We did take Nicolas to a few houses and we were AMAZED that he knew what to do. I have no idea how, but Nicolas walked right up to the first house and held out his bag with a big grin! We were cracking up! This year Nicolas was a "toothless vampire" but he was too cute to scare anybody in his costume :)

Don't know if I've mentioned this...but I am so in love with my little man. He truly makes our life complete, not a day goes by that Nicolas doesn't have Enrique and I laughing...we are truly blessed.
